Feasibility Study

Site Consultation
One-off site visit up to two hours to determine feasibility of your project, advice on services required and implication on particular design.
Planning Approvals
We design, produce documentation and submit for Local Authority planning approval including pre-planning consultation and liasion before and during application.
Building Control
Working in partnership with Local Authorities we develop detailed construction drawings and specification for Building Control approvals.
RIBA Stage 4/5
We develop and coordinate architectural and engineering technical design. We prepare and coordinate design team Building Systems information. Prepare and integrate specialist subcontractor Building Systems information.
Party Wall Act.
We provide party wall services including serviing notices, site inspection and impact on neighbouring properties, before, after and during construction, in order to report and mitigate any damages.

Fee pricing
The core of our work is the ability to provide tailor made services for all clients. For this reason, all projects are priced on an individual basis. They are either estimated in full, or work on a predetermined rate. This is usually decided through client discussion, and revolves around factors including type of work, client’s requirements and preparation.
